Job summary

Michael Page Singapore’s Technology practice is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to build client relationships, understand technology environments and manage permanent hiring across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and enterprise applications.

You will develop specialist talent networks, use market knowledge to advise clients and candidates, and lead the full recruitment lifecycle from briefings to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and technology sectors.
• Ability to engage clients and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Good understanding of technology environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and technology environments.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, client outreach and networking.
• Manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle from client briefings to sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Build candidate networks across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define required technical expertise and qualifications for each role.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
