You will build pipelines for senior roles, analyze market data, and lead end-to-end sourcing campaigns. The role requires 7+ years of sourcing experience and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sourcing experience in recruiting or in-house teams.
• Experience using AI or innovative tools to accelerate sourcing.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
• Promote roles internally and surface talent through networks.
• Design and iterate sourcing strategies and outreach messaging.
• Partner with hiring managers up to the executive level and report progress.
• Research non-obvious talent pools to expand reach.
• Map the talent market and monitor movement and competition.
• Own sourcing events and projects from planning to follow-up.
