Qualifications

• 7+ years of sourcing experience at a search firm or in-house recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
• Promote open roles internally and surface talent via networks.
• Design and run the sourcing strategy for each search and track progress with data.
• Partner with hiring managers up to the executive level and adjust strategy as needed.
• Research non-obvious talent pools to reach candidates.
• Map the talent market and understand movement between companies.
• Own sourcing events from planning to follow-up.
