Datadog is hiring a Senior Recruiter to build and own the talent funnel across Asia Pacific. You will be the face of recruiting, engaging candidates, telling the Datadog story, and turning great candidates into employees.

This role supports a hybrid workplace designed for work-life harmony and collaboration. You’ll partner with regional leaders, develop pipelines for high-volume, complex roles, and optimize interview practices while leveraging Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably for tech companies.
• Ability to autonomously manage multiple open roles concurrently.
• Proven track record of selling value proposition and closing great candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with regional leaders.

• Proactively hunt, identify, screen, and assess talent for open roles.
• Partner with regional leaders to plan hiring across multiple business orgs in APAC.
• Build active and passive pipelines to hire at high volume.
• Refine messaging and job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Stay updated on recruiting strategies and market movements.
• Ensure an excellent interview experience with high-touch relationships.
• Revamp interview practices and train teams on our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Collaborate with recruiting and people teams to solve regional challenges.

Job description

We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for finding the best talent for our team across Asia Pacific; you will be the face of recruiting at Datadog! You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process, playing a critical role in identifying great candidates, telling the Datadog story and ultimately turning great candidates into great employees.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively hunt, identify, screen, and assess talent while ensuring their qualifications match the open roles
• Partner closely with org leaders across the region to strategically plan for hiring across multiple business orgs
• Develop strategies to build and fill active and passive talent pipelines in order to tackle roles of varying complexity, while hiring at a high volume
• Develop ideas to pivot messaging, job descriptions, or any external facing content/events to help impact our ability to acquire talent
• Stay on top of the latest recruiting strategies, market movements, and company changes
• Ensure candidates and hiring managers have an excellent interview experience by creating and fostering high touch relationships with all
• Enhance our recruitment process through revamping interview practices, training interview teams, and becoming an expert at our ATS, Greenhouse
• Proactively solve for challenges across the region and work closely with xfn partners within recruiting and overall people team.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting for roles preferably for tech companies
• Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
• Superior at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing great candidates
• Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle
• Able to successfully navigate an ever-changing process
