Sembcorp Industries Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive in Talent Management to coordinate talent, performance and learning operations across the Gas & Related Services Line of Business. You will support talent review, development planning, data reporting and automation initiatives while collaborating with HR partners and stakeholders.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, learning and development, HR operations, or broader human resources functions; strong candidates with less experience may be considered for the Executive level.
• Working knowledge of talent review, succession planning, performance management, and learning administration processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data, generate insights, and prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in HRIS, spreadsheet, and presentation tools; experience with digital HR platforms and reporting systems is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, details, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and employee data.
• Continuous improvement mindset with interest in applying automation, AI, and digital technologies to enhance HR processes and user experience.
• Familiarity with skills and capability frameworks used in workforce development, such as Skills Framework or other structured competency models, is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support Talent Management & Succession processes, including profiling, data preparation, analysis and coordination of reviews.
• Maintain accurate talent and succession information.
• Track succession coverage, successor readiness, development actions and follow-up commitments.
• Prepare talent profiles, insights, reports and materials for discussions.
• Coordinate Talent Review activities, profiling exercises and succession planning discussions.
• Coordinate development and succession actions arising from Talent Reviews.
• Support talent engagement activities and Individual Development Plan tracking.
• Monitor development commitments and gather insights to support improvements.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve talent management processes and reporting.
• Explore automation, AI-enabled solutions and digital technologies to improve processes.
