Job summary

Sembcorp Industries Ltd is seeking a motivated analyst to support data analytics, reporting, and HR processes at our Singapore location. The role will involve monitoring key initiatives, preparing dashboards, and contributing to communications and events for learning programs.

You will also assist in interview activities, onboarding, and coordination with hiring managers and HRBPs, helping to drive efficient talent management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Background in Business or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Reporting: monitor and analyze data for key initiatives and onboarding programs.
• Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for management review.
• Communications & Events: create communications material for learning and development; plan HR events and learning programmes.
• Recruitment Support: participate in interview sessions as observer or co-interviewer; assist in scheduling and candidate communications; support onboarding and orientation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs on temporary assignments hiring.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze data for key initiatives, e.g. Individual Development Plans, course evaluation and impact, Balanced Scorecards, and onboarding programs.
• Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for management review.
• Communications & Events
• Create communications material for learning and development purpose.
• Assist in planning and executing HR events and learning programmes.
• Recruitment Support
• Participate in interview sessions as an observer or co-interviewer.
• Assist in interview scheduling and candidate communications.Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs in temporary assignments hirings.
