Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a senior Talent Management professional to design and drive leadership development initiatives across the Group, partnering with HR, stakeholders, and Talent Partners.

You will manage scholar assimilation, rotations, and Hi-Potential programs to build a strong future talent pipeline for Singapore and international business units. Strong analytics, project management, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience in talent development, organizational development, professional development, adult learning, or related people field.
• Experience in designing and leading leadership development initiatives.
• Proven ability to get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization.
• Proven skills with managing multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to work to tight timescale.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees across the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design/drive the implementation and execution of Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives in ST Engineering with stakeholders across business, HR and Talent Partners.
• Manage end-to-end scholars’ assimilation and rotations within the Group to develop and retain the future talent pipeline.
• Design and roll out Hi-Potential development initiatives that are strategic for the business.
• Regularly engage and check-in with the top talent pool in your Business Area.
• Partner with HRBP Leads to prepare and drive robust Succession Planning and Talent Reviews for Singapore and International BUs with guidance from COE.
• Perform analyses and identify metrics/KPIs to track Talent Development, succession planning, learning utilization and other Talent & Learning Development outcomes.
