Armstrong Asia is seeking a seasoned Group HR leader to design and drive the talent strategy across the organisation. You will build leadership capability, oversee succession, and partner with business leaders to ensure strong workforce pipelines that support Vision 2030.

You will lead the Talent team to implement programme priorities, governance, and analytics, while collaborating with HR COEs and regional HR teams to deliver measurable outcomes across Singapore and China.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in HR with focus on talent management and leadership development.
• Experience leading regional or group-level talent frameworks across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to address talent risks.
• Experience managing performance management and learning initiatives.
• English and Mandarin communication across Singapore and China.
