Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics or related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience in HR analytics or process improvement.
• Strong conceptual thinker capable of building dashboards and translating data into actionable insights for strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish a single source of truth and build dashboards to track TA metrics, forecast outcomes, and drive actions to close hiring gaps.
• Translate data insights into TA strategies and staffing recommendations.
• Review and enhance selection assessment methods to ensure high-quality talent intake aligned to business needs.
• Drive process improvements through automation and digitalization, updating SOPs to reflect new workflows.
• Lead or support TA system enhancements and transformation initiatives from planning through change management.
• Train team members on management reporting and manage ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders.
