Qualifications

Degree or professional qualification in HR, business analytics, or statistics with at least 10 years of relevant HR analytics experience.
Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and dashboards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Establish a single source of truth and build dashboards to track TA metrics, forecast outcomes, and drive actions to close hiring gaps
Translate data insights into TA strategies and staffing recommendations
Review and enhance selection assessment methods and criteria to ensure consistent, high-quality talent intake aligned to business needs
Drive automation and digitalization of processes, updating SOPs to reflect new workflows
Lead or support TA system enhancements and transformation initiatives from planning through change management
Train team members on management reporting and manage ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders
