Job summary

NTS Components Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across functions, build strong relationships with business leaders, and drive workforce planning. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisitions to onboarding and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisitions experience, including mass blue-collar hiring.
Experience recruiting across diverse functions and levels.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies.
Strong knowledge of MOM and TAFEP regulations on recruitment.

Responsibilities

Attract, source, and hire top talent across multiple functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and workforce planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisitions to onboarding.
Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain ATS data integrity.
Plan and participate in career fairs with agencies (e2i, WSG).
Provide hiring analytics and market salary benchmarking.
