Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking an HR Specialist (TA Focus) to lead the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and levels, partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs and onboard top talent. You will also support internship programs and HR initiatives, while ensuring compliant recruitment practices.

You will manage candidate experience, maintain accurate ATS data, and provide analytics to drive hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition / recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across manufacturing/high-tech environments.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MOM/TAFEP requirements for recruitment.
• Familiarity with ATS, HR data analytics, and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, PivotTables, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and staffing plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job boards, networks, referrals, events, and direct sourcing.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment analytics to inform decisions.
• Support internship and early talent programs and campus outreach.
• Ensure compliance with MOM/TAFEP and local legislation in recruitment.
