Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources or other relevant disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process and work with various stakeholders on recruitment matters.
• Review, implement and expand recruitment drives to attract high-quality talents.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and outreach activities, to position JTC as employer of choice.
• Evaluate manpower planning structures to ensure that it aligns with JTC’s organisational needs.
• Promote employment engagement to boost employees’ morale.
• Review and assess HR processes and systems and initiate relevant changes and process improvements.
