Job summary

JTC Corporation in Singapore is seeking an HR professional with a focus on recruitment and employer branding to attract top talent for its dynamic teams. You will partner with stakeholders to manage end-to-end recruitment, review and expand hiring drives, and contribute to workforce planning and engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in HR or recruitment and strong communication and analytical skills to influence outcomes.

Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, recruitment or employer branding.

What you will be working on

You will get to:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process and work with various stakeholders on recruitment matters

What we are looking for
