Job summary

BW Offshore Limited, located in Singapore, seeks a Project Subcontracts Lead to own end-to-end subcontracting for FPSO/offshore projects during execution. You will drive ITT packages, lead techno-commercial evaluations, and manage risk, cost, and schedule through the project lifecycle.

The role requires a decade in subcontracting and a track record on offshore capital projects, with strong leadership, contract law knowledge, and ERP/PM tools experience. Singapore-based, permanent, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Commerce, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Management, or related discipline.
• Master's degree in relevant discipline advantageous.
• CIPS/RICS or equivalent certifications looked upon favourably.
• Minimum 10 years in subcontracting, contracts or commercial management in oil & gas/offshore.
• At least 3 years supervising subcontracting professionals on a capital project.
• Proven track record on FPSO or offshore capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end subcontracting for a defined project portfolio during execution.
• Develop and implement subcontracts tender strategies and execution plans.
• Mentor Subcontracts team and oversee work quality during execution.
• Prepare ITT packages with scope, BOQ, and HSSE requirements.
• Lead techno-commercial tender evaluations and award recommendations.
• Administer awarded subcontracts and manage variations and payments.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and maintain risk registers.
• Monitor subcontract performance via KPIs and formal reviews.
• Lead negotiations on subcontract variations and time extensions.
• Maintain complete subcontract records and close-out at project end.
