Job summary

The Kallang Group is seeking an Executive on a 1-year contract to support the Field Operations Team across tenders, stadium maintenance, nursery turf movement and a packed events calendar.

You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, paperwork, reporting and tracking for operations and events, assist with tender and procurement documents, coordinate nursery movements and work with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational matters.
• Assist with paperwork, reports, documentation and tracking for ongoing operations and events.
• Support tender and procurement activities, including preparation and coordination of supporting documents.
• Assist with nursery turf movement, scheduling and coordination between the nursery and stadiums.
• Support event preparation, execution and post-event activities across venues.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and stakeholders on operational matters.
