Job summary

FOOD TROT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable supervisor to lead the team at our outlet in Singapore. You will oversee morale, uphold safety and hygiene, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate smooth service performance.

The role includes handling guest complaints, facilitating promotional events with the marketing team, training staff, and communicating standards and business needs through regular briefings.

Qualifications

• Integrity and responsibility are essential.
• At least five years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, especially speakeasy bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage team’s morale.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints.
• Manage and coordinate to ensure smooth service performance.
• Manage any troubleshooting at outlet level and make decisions at supervisory level.
• Coordinate with marketing executive for promotional events.
• Staff training of new/existing staff.
• Communicate with team through regular briefing about the standards and business requirements to be delivered.
