Qualifications

• Managing restaurant staff schedules
• Regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage for health and safety compliance
• Checking in on dining customers to gather feedback on food quality and service
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring adequate stock of food supplies and essentials
• Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills
• Reviewing customer surveys to improve customer service
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
• Willing to work Sundays and Public Holidays

Responsabilités
