Job summary

cloudwise pte. ltd. is seeking a motivated Lead Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales to drive enterprise engagements across industries in Singapore.

You will translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures, develop architectural blueprints, and lead technical delivery from concept to value realization. The role requires strong communication, a background in pre-sales or SA in FS/Gov/telco, and hands-on ability to formulate technical presentations for non-technical audiences.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales to help enterprises across diverse industries, including banking, local enterprises related sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop high-level architecture blueprints and detailed design documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong hands-on execution skills,, with the ability to identify customers’ pain points and needs, align on success criteria, and ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and industry best-practice standards.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication throughout the testing process, with written confirmation at each stage; establish key milestones and drive successful delivery and outcome conversion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges and issues.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of existing systems

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences

• Possesses bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of working experience in pre-sales, SA related positions in banking, government sector or telco industry.
• Industry Expertise: Experience in specific industries, such as Financial Services (FSI) or the Government sector.
• Demonstrated experience in the software or SaaS industry, preferably with solutions related to AIOps / ITSM / ITOM/APM /AI Solution etc.
• Candidates with experience as architects on large projects and delivery experience on complex projects are preferred.
• Possesses professional skill in Presentation, POC.
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
