Senior Software Test Manager – End-to-End QA Lead

Job summary

Opensource in Singapore seeks an experienced QA professional to assist the Software Test Manager in managing end-to-end testing cycles across multiple types and scopes. You will lead test design, data development, environment readiness, planning, execution, defect triage and reporting, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

You will supervise and coach the test team to align with requirements, and provide input for SDM on change requests and RFQ/RFP efforts sizing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Certifications in Test/Project Management (e.g., PMP, ISTQB, CSTM).
• Experience with SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for short business trips.

Responsibilities

• Assist STM in managing end-to-end software testing cycles across various types and scopes.
• Lead test design, data development, environment readiness, planning, execution and reporting.
• Guide and train test team members to produce traceability and coverage.
• Support SDM on change requests, RFQ/RFP input and effort sizing.
• Participate in and promote Testing Centre-of-Excellence initiatives.
