Job summary

The EDGE Contracting Services Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Software Test Manager in Singapore to lead QA for innovative projects. You will define robust testing strategies and oversee manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality, high-performance applications.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, 4+ years in testing with 2+ years in leadership, and hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, Tosca and Selenium. This is a 1-year contract with renewal.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in software testing, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
Hands-on with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (Tosca, Selenium).
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while fostering collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for new and existing applications.
Oversee manual and automated testing to ensure thorough coverage of functionalities.
Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams.
Lead defect management and communicate risks and issues to stakeholders.
Mentor the testing team and promote a quality-first mindset.
