Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Software Engineer to join the IT team, focusing on tree and parks management systems. You will develop, test, and maintain applications, collaborate with stakeholders, and support NParks operations across on‑premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in .NET framework and programming.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 implementation and customisation.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.
• Experience with Selenium and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of database design and management.
• Understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with API development and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications for tree and parks management systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to capture requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and implement automated testing.
• Support daily operations of NParks systems and manage cloud/on‑prem infrastructure.
• Oversee end-to-end system implementation and deployment processes.
• Coordinate with vendors for system documentation and integration.
