Job summary

NParks is seeking a digitally oriented professional to support the Community Animal Programmes Branch. You will help administer community animal programmes while leading automation, data analytics and technology adoption initiatives.

The role involves developing dashboards, streamlining processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to improve efficiency and the user experience. One-year contract with potential extension may apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, analytics, information systems, engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in digital transformation, business process improvement, automation or data analytics.
• Experience with Python or R for data processing.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS for spatial analysis.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate/BI) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer programme applications and perform inspections as needed.
• Liaise with applicants, agencies and animal groups on applications.
• Verify grant reimbursement claims per SOPs.
• Provide data management, procurement and event logistics support.
• Develop technology solutions to streamline manual processes.
• Create dashboards and data visualisations for monitoring and decisions.
• Lead digital transformation projects from requirements to adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
