Job summary

The National Parks Board (NParks) is seeking a Software Engineer to build and maintain systems for tree and parks management. You will write clean code in .NET, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure quality through automated testing and code reviews across on-premises and Azure environments.

Responsibilities include system deployment, documentation, and vendor coordination, with a focus on reliability and performance for urban greenery inventory and park facilities management efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Experience with full-stack development and modern frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tree- and parks-management applications using .NET.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Perform code reviews and implement unit tests with Selenium.
• Manage on-premises and Azure cloud infrastructure with high availability.
• Create and execute testing strategies including unit/integration tests.
• Coordinate with vendors for documentation and deployment records.
