Job summary

ST Engineering Mission Software & Services PTE. LTD. leads software engineering for an ICT public sector project in Singapore, guiding design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance to meet government standards.

With 8–12+ years in software leadership, you will oversee SDLC, governance, and cross-functional teams, leveraging Power BI dashboards and a strong security/compliance mindset within a to-be-cutting-edge environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in software development and management.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 12207).
• Familiarity with IM8 and government security requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI for statistical dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define software strategy, architecture, and governance for ICT public sector projects.
• Lead software design, integration, and validation across complex systems.
• Manage full SDLC with agile/hybrid delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee QA, security, and compliance with ISO standards and government policies.
