Job summary
Singapore Public Service is seeking an experienced delivery leader to drive end-to-end software and digital platform projects across government initiatives. You will own Agile delivery, serve as Scrum Master when needed, and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize epics and user stories.

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years in software delivery, digital transformation or programme management.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading Agile delivery teams and facilitating ceremonies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software and digital platform projects.
- Own and drive Agile software delivery processes across the lifecycle.
- Serve as Scrum Master and delivery lead where required.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine epics and user stories.
- Track sprint goals, velocity, burn-down, risks and dependencies.
- Resolve impediments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, architects and engineers on design and delivery.
- Report status, risks and milestones to stakeholders and governance.
