Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
6+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong experience with C#, Java, TypeScript/Angular, React or Next.js.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Git and Agile/Scrum.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud, IaC and DevSecOps is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead software teams, projects and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of secure, scalable and high-quality solutions.
Design and develop front-end applications, backend services, APIs and software modules.
Drive Agile delivery, including planning, technical design, code reviews and continuous improvement.
Establish testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to ensure software quality and reliability.
Analyse existing systems and recommend improvements to architecture, technologies and design patterns.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage risks and provide practical solutions.
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capability.
