Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT solution delivery for government and enterprise clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods to complex initiatives involving cloud, data, AI/ML, and low-code platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in application development / implementation project management.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CITPM or CSM / PSM / Agile certifications preferred.
• ITIL or service management certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver software and IT solution projects across full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and resource plans.
• Ensure delivery adheres to scope, timeline, cost and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, QA and vendors.
• Manage governance, risk, compliance and stakeholder communications.
