Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to drive the end-to-end delivery of digital products. You will partner with the Product Manager and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery, while leading Agile ceremonies and coordinating testing and post-release activities.

The role emphasizes governance knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in building and delivering digital products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Government procurement approaches (Tender and RFQ).
• Team player who can engage with various levels of stakeholders.
• Highly motivated with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities and drive matters to closure.
• Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis certification would be an advantage.
• Prior experience managing government data-related projects would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful delivery of digital products from development through to users.
• Work with Product Manager and relevant stakeholders on requirements gathering and product delivery.
• Facilitate Agile activities including sprint planning, scrum and retrospectives.
• Track development progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Support system, user and security testing prior to release.
• Support product adoption and post-release activities, including identification and resolution of issues with Product/Engineering teams.
