CAPGEMINI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital products within a complex stakeholder environment in Singapore.

You will drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, coordinate releases, and ensure outcomes align with regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Agile digital transformation, proven leadership of Scrum teams, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• CSM/PSM or equivalent Scrum cert.
• 7+ years of Agile digital transformation delivery.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional Scrum teams.
• End-to-end delivery of digital products in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, tech and partners.
• Experience with risks, issues, dependencies, and release planning.
• Government/Public Sector project experience.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Backlog management translating requirements into delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional Scrum teams through Agile delivery rituals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, and vendors for backlog items.
• Develop project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, blockers, escalation.
• Drive release governance and timely delivery of features.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Build relationships with internal units, government agencies, and vendors.
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure adherence to Agile governance and best practices.
