QUALCOMM GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Test Engineer to characterize and develop cost‑effective manufacturing test solutions for leading-edge Qualcomm SoC products using advanced ATE platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of Test Engineering or related work experience
• Strong and hands-on ATE knowledge (Advantest 93K ATE preferred)
• Experience in developing ATE SOC program from NPI to volume ramp and driving yield/test time reduction
• Solid understanding of semiconductor structural (Scan/Memory BIST) and functional testing; basic electronics fundamentals
• Experience with chiplet-based/multi-die products and D2D interfaces is a plus
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software, quality, and reliability testing
• Experience with Git, SVN and JIRA; strong software skills for test code (Java, C/C++, VB, Perl, Python)
• Strong communication; ability to work with global teams

Responsibilities

• Characterize and develop cost-effective manufacturing test solutions for Qualcomm SoC products using advanced ATE platforms
• Develop characterization and test plans, hardware requirements, and ATE tests to execute plans
• Drive first silicon debug to qualify designs fabricated at external foundries
• Perform data analysis of parametric performance and drive failure analysis to completion
• Analyze high volume manufacturing yields and drive test time reduction
• Collaborate with IC design, DFT/DV, and hardware applications engineering across time zones
• Proactive, fast-paced contributor who delivers high-quality work
