Job summary

QUALCOMM GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to characterize and develop cost-effective manufacturing test solutions for leading-edge Qualcomm SoC products using advanced ATE platforms.

You will develop characterization plans, test programs, and hardware requirements, drive first silicon debug at external foundries, and analyze parametric data to reduce test time while improving yields. Collaborative, fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Test Engineering experience.
• 1+ year in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with Advantest 93K ATE.
• Experience developing ATE SOC programs from NPI to volume ramp.
• Knowledge of structural (Scan and Memory BIST) and functional testing.
• Chiplet/multi-die product experience is a plus.
• Familiar with GIT, SVN, and JIRA collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Characterization and developing cost-effective manufacturing test solutions for Qualcomm SoC products using advanced ATE platforms.
• Develop characterization and test plans, test hardware requirement documents, and ATE tests/routines.
• Drive first silicon debug to qualify designs fabricated at external foundries.
• Analyze parametric performance data and driving yield improvement and test time reduction.
• Collaborate with IC design, system engineering, DFT/DV, and hardware apps across the globe.
