Job summary

Qualcomm Global Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to characterize and develop cost-effective manufacturing test solutions for leading Qualcomm SoC products using advanced ATE platforms.

You will drive test plans, perform data analysis, and support first silicon debug in collaboration with IC design and DFT/DV teams worldwide. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in test engineering, hands-on ATE experience (Advantest 93K preferred), and strong programming skills in C/C++ and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
PhD in related field with relevant hardware experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Characterize and develop cost-effective manufacturing test solutions for Qualcomm SoC products using advanced ATE platforms.
Develop characterization and test plans, test hardware requirement documents, and ATE tests/routines to execute plans.
Drive first silicon debug and qualify designs fabricated at external foundries; analyze parametric data and yields.
Collaborate with IC design, systems, DFT/DV, and hardware applications engineering across a global, fast-paced environment.
