Job summary

QUALCOMM GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD. seeks Digital Test Engineers to develop Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) code and test methods supporting Silicon Validation and Manufacturing Enablement of Qualcomm SOC products.

You will collaborate with Design, DFT, Process, Product, and Manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality validated silicon. The role offers growth within Digital Test Engineering and requires hands-on experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex, and strong knowledge of VLSI

Qualifications

• 3+ years hardware test engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex.
• Knowledge of VLSI and digital baseband concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create ATE code and test methods for silicon validation.
• Participate in data reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Design, DFT, Process, Product, and Manufacturing Eng.
