Job summary

Qualcomm Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Test Engineer – Digital/ATE for SOCs to design and implement test solutions for silicon validation and manufacturing enablement.

You will develop ATE code, perform data reviews, and collaborate with Design, DFT, Process, and Manufacturing teams to ensure quality and yield.

Relevant candidates have 3+ years in hardware test, experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne, and strong programming skills in C/C++/Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/Engineering or related field with 3+ years hardware experience.
• Master's degree in CS/EE/Engineering or related field with 1+ year hardware experience.
• PhD in CS/EE/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) code and test methods.
• Participate in data reviews with Design, DFT, Process, Product, and Manufacturing Engineers.
• Support Silicon Validation, characterization, and manufacturing enablement of Qualcomm SOC products.
