Job summary

Qualcomm Global Trading Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Product Test Engineer to create Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) code and test methods for Silicon Validation and Characterization, supporting New Product Introduction and Manufacturing Enablement of Qualcomm SOCs.

The role requires collaboration with Design, DFT, Process, Product and Manufacturing Engineers to review data and ensure high-quality test coverage. Related experience with Advantest/Teradyne tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field with 3+ years hardware engineering experience.
• Master's with 1+ year hardware experience or 2+ years as per postings.
• PhD in related field is an added qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) code and test methods for silicon validation and characterization.
• Collaborate with Design, DFT, Process, Product and Manufacturing Engineers to review data and improve test coverage.
• Support Manufacturing Enablement and New Product Introduction activities for Qualcomm SOCs.
