S CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee subcontractors on a Singapore project, ensuring works align with approved drawings and project schedules.

The role involves planning materials, coordinating on-site workers, enforcing safety practices, and reporting progress and delays to project managers. Experience interpreting drawings and managing foreign workers is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the works of tradeworks subcontractor to meet the project schedule and ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings.
• Plan, order and monitor the materials on site, control materials wastage and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ability to interprete drawings
• Manage of foreign workers
• Assign daily tasks to site workers and subcontractors.
• Enforce site safety rules and conduct daily safety toolbox meetings.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.
• Track daily progress and report delays or issues to project managers.
• Coordinate site materials, equipment, and worker allocation.
