Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in using export documentation software and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently across diverse skill areas.

Aufgaben

• Stay updated on international trade and shipping documentation regulations to ensure compliance.
• Manage shipment documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, letters of credit (LC), certificates of origin (COO), and other customer-specific documents.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase documentation accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain organized records and files of all shipping documents and correspondence to prevent delays and customs issues.
• Conduct routine verification of shipping documents for compliance audits.
• Identify and resolve potential compliance risks related to shipping documentation.
• Apply corrective measures to minimize compliance problems and ensure document accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and external parties to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
• Train and mentor shipping staff on proper documentation practices and compliance standards.
