Job summary

EY Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow testing lead to drive quality across implementation projects, enhancements and steady-state support. You will partner with product owners, architects and developers to translate requirements into robust test scenarios and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

You will own test strategies, plans and governance, manage defect lifecycles, and coach teams to continuous improvement, with strong ITIL and Agile proficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading ServiceNow testing engagements.
• Proven ability to define test strategies, plans and metrics.
• Strong QA governance, risk management and release readiness.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing across implementation projects, enhancements, releases, and support.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios and validate processes.
• Manage defect lifecycle and validate fixes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
• Coach team members and promote continuous quality improvement.
