Job summary

EY in Singapore seeks a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant (Financial Services) Manager, Technology Consulting, to lead design, architecture and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise programs.

You will own technical delivery, mentor engineers, drive incident resolution, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow experience across implementation, customization, administration and support.
Proven experience as ServiceNow technical lead, solution architect, or platform specialist in enterprise environments.
CSA and CAD certifications.
Strong incident, problem management and RCA skills.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead design, architecture, implementation, and support of scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.
Own technical delivery across projects, enhancements, operations and defect resolution.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
Act as technical lead and escalation point for complex issues and architecture decisions.
Mentor ServiceNow engineers and promote technical quality and learning.
Drive incident, problem, and service request resolution including root cause analysis.
Oversee platform administration: troubleshooting, integrations, releases, upgrades and validations.
Establish and enforce development standards and governance.
Monitor platform health and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with service desk, infra, product, release, architecture and business teams.
