Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Functional Consultant (Financial Services) Manager in Technology Consulting to lead testing and QA across ServiceNow projects and steady-state support. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure quality releases and effective risk management.

The role requires strong leadership, ITIL knowledge, and experience across enterprise ServiceNow programs in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow testing, QA governance and release readiness.
• Experience leading testing or QA teams in large ServiceNow programs.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices in incident, change, problem management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow testing and QA activities across projects and releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and processes.
• Own end-to-end testing delivery and risk management.
• Define test strategies, plans and quality metrics.
• Translate requirements into test cases and validation activities.
• Ensure coverage across functional, integration, system, regression and UAT.
• Manage defect lifecycle and validation testing.
• Support Incident, Change, Release and Continual Service Improvement processes.
