Job summary

Temus PTE. LTD. is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant in Singapore to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on CSM and FSM.

You will contribute to requirement gathering, solution design, and hands-on development, including integration with external systems. The role requires CSA and CAD certifications, with CIS-CSM/CIS-FSM preferred. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams, client workshops, and ongoing support across modules such as HRSD,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
• Delivery experience in CSM and/or FSM on live projects, with solid FSM extends CSM.
• Strong grasp of ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Access Control Rules.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow CSM and FSM solutions including case management and work order management.
• Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers.
• Support platform upgrades, health checks, and data integrity audits.
• Assist with UAT and post-implementation end-user support.
• Stay current on ServiceNow releases and best practices.
