Job summary

Ethos Search Associates Pte. Ltd. invites a seasoned ServiceNow professional to join as a contract-based role based in One North, Singapore.

You will design, develop, and govern ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and App Engine, ensuring scalable, compliant deployments and strong integration patterns. Responsibilities include building AI-enabled capabilities, managing CI/CD pipelines, and driving governance, security, and reliability across the platform for enterprise service

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of ServiceNow development/admin experience.
• CSA certification.
• Exposure to Service Portal/UI Builder/Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, and CMDB.
• Define architecture patterns for workflows, data models, integrations, and security.
• Ensure platform scalability, governance, and data quality across modules.
• Implement and optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Discovery.
• Develop low-code/no-code App Engine workflows and scripted solutions (Business Rules, Glide APIs).
• Build and maintain AI-enabled capabilities (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).
