Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate to design and develop IT applications using ServiceNow. You will work with business analysts to map requirements to workflows and contribute to solution architecture and deployment on the Now Platform.

Role requires 8+ years IT application experience with 3-5 years in ServiceNow, including integrations, client/server scripting, and ITSM/ITBM modules. Based in Singapore, on-site position with potential training and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years IT application experience with 3-5 years ServiceNow development.
• Experience integrating applications with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to map user requirements to ServiceNow workflows.
• Contribute to solution design and development on Now Platform App Engine.
• Create service catalogues and configure workflows per user needs.
• Develop SIT/UAT plans, test results documentation, and defect rectification.
• Provide architecture input to ensure scalability and interoperability of components.
