Job summary
NCS is seeking an experienced Enterprise ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and GRC. You will drive blueprints, roadmaps, and governance for multi-platform integrations and agile delivery in a large enterprise environment.
The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, CSDM and CMDB knowledge, and strong leadership to mentor architects and developers. Experience with Azure integrations and security is highly valued.
Qualifications
- 10+ years with ServiceNow platform in technical roles.
- 4+ to less than 7 years relevant experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar capacity.
- Senior roles require at least 7 years as ServiceNow Architect or similar capacity.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises with migrations and integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow CSDM and Sprints for agile delivery.
- At least 5 successful ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Azure solutions and security.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and documentation for ServiceNow.
- Provide technical leadership aligning with business goals and IT strategies.
- Convert business processes into technical WBS for implementation teams.
- Oversee development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions following best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design comprehensive solutions.
- Manage end-to-end implementation including configuration, customization, integration, and testing.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow Sprints for agile delivery.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP.
- Leverage automation capabilities to streamline IT processes and improve delivery.
- Ensure data flow and process automation across IT systems.
- Utilize Automation Engine/Integration Hub and RPA Hub for orchestration.
- Establish governance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitor platform performance and conduct audits for improvements.
- Develop personas and strategies for user experience.
- Provide leadership to junior architects, developers and admins.
- Conduct training to enhance ServiceNow skills.
- Architect and design solutions with integrations to Microsoft Azure.
