Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (10 + Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role involves defining architecture, guiding development teams, and driving platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall ServiceNow architecture and roadmap
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards
• Architect integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms)
• Oversee platform upgrades, performance optimization, and instance strategy
• Drive best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5–8 years on ServiceNow platform
• Strong expertise in:
  • ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM modules
  • CMDB architecture and data modeling
  • Integration architecture (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware)
  • ServiceNow platform architecture & performance tuning
  • Experience in designing multi-instance or enterprise-scale deployments
  • Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance frameworks
  • Hands‑on experience with scripting and development (JavaScript, Glide)
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: ITSM, ITOM
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
