Job summary

GIC, a leading global long‑term investor, seeks a Platform Engineer (Enterprise Service Management) to drive ServiceNow development, integrations, and platform operations. You will own data models, design integrations with HRIS/IAM/ERP, and help scale the enterprise service platform.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement secure authentication, and contribute to CI/CD automation in a flexible, high‑impact environment. An experienced candidate excels in Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in software development, system or platform engineering with integration focus.
• Substantial hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience across enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and Security Operations.
• Build integrations via REST/SOAP/JSON and manage secure authentication patterns.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with platform owners, infra teams and product managers to deliver features.
