Qualifications

• 7–9 years in architecture or senior technical roles, with ServiceNow exposure.
• ServiceNow certifications (CTA, CSA, Implementation Specialist) are advantageous.
• Strong technical foundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, including workflows and client scripts.
• Manage and configure ServiceNow modules per client requirements and best practices.
• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Build relationships with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to support delivery.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
