Job summary

Ambition is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across enterprise and public sector environments in Singapore. This strategic role offers exposure to large-scale transformation programs and multi-platform ecosystems.

You will define technical roadmaps, drive automation and AI-enabled workflows, mentor delivery teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ServiceNow with architect-level responsibilities.
• Expertise across multiple modules and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on development with Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Servers.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow CTA certification or multiple CIS certifications preferred.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, and App Engine.
• Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, integration frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance to development and delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution design workshops, and strategic client engagements.
