Job summary

Sip Sip Indonesia in Singapore is seeking a Senior Service Crew to act as a floor anchor for a new venue. You will own a section of the dining room, guide junior crew, and be the first escalation before a supervisor steps in. This is a step up from standard service crew.

You will lead a designated section, support colleagues, run orders, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a smooth operation from opening to closing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of F&B/service experience with exposure to a senior or section lead role.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work confidently on your feet throughout a full shift.
• Good communicator with guests and team members alike.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a designated section of the floor across service.
• Guide and support junior service crew within your section.
• Run food and drinks orders accurately and promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve minor service issues before escalating.
• Ensure your section is clean, reset, and guest-ready at all times.

• Calm under pressure and consistent in your standard regardless of how busy the floor gets
• Willing to guide junior crew and contribute positively to team culture
